Over a three-month period, you will have the support and guidance to make gradual changes towards life-long health and wellness.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? ACP Nutrition was developed to help transform lives through health, wellness, and nutrition. My clients benefit from my personalized approach to nutrition education and counseling to assist individuals with a wide range of issues and develop strategies for improved overall health and wellness.
What do you love most about your job? Having folks thank me for inspiring them. I have a coaching background and I really make people want to dig deep and run through a wall for me. We start out with baby-steps and eventually you are running towards your goals. You had it in you all along, and ACP Nutrition is going to help you.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? I've received many reactions throughout the years: smiles, laughter, tears, praise, and happiness. Many have lost weight (personal best = 200 pounds), decreased their medications, and improved their quality of life. The best reaction is a heartfelt "thank you" that I made a difference in someone's life.
