Q:

I have a snipped of video on a VHS (aprox 20 mins) that I want to take have put on my 10 DVD's. How many groupons should I buy?

Morgan O.  asked on  Jan 18, 2014

A:

Hello Morgan ~ If it's just a 20 minute portion that requires no editing...then just 1 Groupon is all you need. We can then make copies of the master disc for you at a reduced rate (depending on the total number of copies you need). Let us know if we can help and if you have more questions...don't hesitate to call us at 972-437-2021.

Q:

My wedding is on VHS and the background has darken. Can you lighten the background when converting to DVD? My wedding reception is on another VHS. It is longer than 2 hours. How do you convert it to DVD and how much?

May M.  asked on  Jan 17, 2014

A:

Hello May ~ Any sort of adjustments or corrections would fall into our "Editing" category which is priced per hour and isn't a part of this Groupon ~ considering the original if VHS, I doubt there is much that can be done to enhance other than changing contrast. The rate for this is $75/hr as the footage would need to be captured and then edited. With the typical VHS...we do our best to stabilize the image with a TBC, but the process is realtime and what you see on your original is what will be on the DVD. Our regular rate is $24.99 per tape (up to 2 hours in length) ~ by purchasing the Groupon, you are saving about half the normal rate. If your video is over 2 hours in length, we'll continue onto a new disc to keep the best quality. However, the second disc will require an additional Groupon (unless you purchased the double Groupon ($24 version) which will cover the second disc in that case). Let us know if we can help you.
