Cute but way too packed the day we went, long wait to get inside and then uncomfortably busy inside. We never got to do the lazer bc there were so many kids out of control

I came at 1:40. THEY SAID THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL BEFORE I CAME. They were fully booked with groups until 2:30. She never told me what time they were closing. The sign on the door said 5:00. I called back at 3:50. The person said that they were closing at 5:00 or 5:30. I said that it was fine. So they said to come over. When I arrived, I was told that they were closing in a few minutes. because everyone was leaving. However, the owner arrived and said that he was the one who had spoken to me. So my 4 kids had the Laser Frenzy and maze to themselves. They thoroughly enjoyed their visit.

Laser frenzy wasn't working and the maze is for little kids. Couldn't use the bouncy houses which would've made up for the lack of laser but no substitute was given. My boys are 10 and 8..got no use out of this Groupon.

Cons: Not professionally run, at all! Had a very dirty feel to the whole place starting at the front desk. Very chaotic upon entering, Activities other than laser tag were unsupervised, which with little kids can really go wrong. Laser tag equipment was nice but the course was very boring to say the least. Over priced for what it is. Yes for a rainy day, No for a special treat. So glad I went on a Groupon!
Pros: The children did have fun (but haven't asked to go back or have a party there. If they really liked it, they would have by now)
