The first day we tried to go out, the lifeguard said no due to high winds. Active Oahu Tours was very easy to work with. They gave us the option of rescheduling or getting a refund with no hassles.
We rescheduled. Code met us both times. It was a fun paddle out to Chinaman's Hat and he was waiting when we came back early.
Good company to deal with.

Great experience! Coda was so professional and super easy to work with. Received a text from him the morning of my reservation and he continued to keep in touch until we met. Booked during COVID restrictions so we wore masks when we met. The ride is perfect for beginners and for children. Water wasn’t rough, but it does get choppy behind the island so be careful. Will definitely book again!

Had a great experience with the Mokoli’i kayak route. The guide Koda sent a early morning text reminder on time and location and the pickup was simple with good equipment and a life jacket.
I looked up tides before I chose my time slot and preferred to go with a low tide and incoming high tide on my return. In case I got tired. It only took about 20 minutes each way. Highly recommend

Coda delivered a kayak to the park across from Chinaman's Hat, we received text to confirm as we were on our way from Waianae on the West side. He made sure we had all we needed and let us know that as the wind was up to 15 knots we could reshedule for free or try it out and return back if it felt too rough and he stayed at the drop off for a bit to make sure we were ok and were heading out to the island. Coda was very accommodating and helpful. So much easier than picking one up from a shop and driving it down. So worth it. We will definitely be using them again on our next adventure!

I started this company to share the thrill of exploring new trails, surfing, cliff jumbing and enjoying intricacies of nature with visitors to Oahu. I realized how much time it takes to plan and do adventurous things and we make that easier for visitors and locals. We want you to live the adventure.
What do you love most about your job? I love seeing the guests come away from the tour feeling more adventurous and excited about life. I really appriciate the gratitude I recieve for showing them the side of Oahu they never knew existed had only dreamed about before. It just feels great to be out in nature sharing what I love.
