The experience w/ the inspector Anthony was great! He’s very kind, hospitable & extremely friendly & customer service oriented. However, the crew that came to lay the traps, weren’t. They rang the front door to announce themselves but didn’t let us know what they did and when they were finished. They could have let us know their plan & where they laid the traps, we had to figure it out.
