As Charles Dickens wrote it, greedy old Ebenezer Scrooge developed a conscience before he could hear what people really thought of him. But in the savagely funny Comedy Roast of Mr. Scrooge, the classic characters of A Christmas Carol finally get to give Scrooge his just desserts -- in hilariously uncensored fashion. The play features some of the Twin Cities' funniest comedians savagely mocking Scrooge after imbibing in one to many 'nogs. This irreverent and very adult show at the Cabaret Theater at CAMP Bar is the perfect anecdote for those who prefer a little more spice and a little less nice to their holidays.
This performance contains very strong language and adult humor.
