During a new-patient intake and examination, the acupuncturist learns about the patient’s current and past health issues. Taking this information into account and using a method designed to be pain-free, he inserts super-thin, single-use needles along the body in an effort to reenergize and alleviate pains caused by headaches, herniated discs, sport injuries, and arthritis. The examination and acupuncture session take 90 minutes and a follow-up acupuncture session—available in the second option—lasts 60 minutes. About Acupuncture And Holistic Medicine Healing Center
At Acupuncture and Holistic Medicine Healing Center, skilled Eastern medicine practitioner Dr. Glenn Eichenauer targets and relieves chronic pain and discomfort with sterile needles during holistic acupuncture treatments. During the 90-minute new-patient exam and initial treatment, patients discuss their health history as Eichenauer examines them to develop a personalized plan to banish chronic pain such as headaches and arthritis, sports injuries, paper cuts, and a wide variety of other discomforts. Then, he applies sterile needles into the skin, pinpointing specific zones across the body to manage the energy flow, which soothes and assuages patients' pain. A second appointment continues the healing and rejuvenating process as the ancient holistic art battles aches for another 60 minutes.
The relaxing treatments take place in private treatment rooms accented by dark wood cabinets and blown-glass fish, sending patients into a serene state not experienced since languidly backstroking in a cozy womb.
