I just purchased the pilates reformer option and just learned that someone gifted me the yoga option! I am very excited to attend the reformer classes, however, will I be able to utilize the yoga classes as well? And is the voucher good for attending both locations?

Q:

Hi. What does 2 weeks mean? I am not available to take a class everyday. How many classes is that equivalent to? How many minutes is one class? Thanks

Sybil G.  asked on  Apr 25, 2013

A:

Hi Sybil and thanks for your question. From the time you bring in your voucher we will count 14 days out. Your voucher doesn't expire until October, so you can bring it in and begin whenever you know you'll be around for two weeks. You can come to as many classes each day at either studio with this voucher. We have almost 80 classes offered each day and you have access to all the mat yoga and pilates class options. The only thing this would not cover are the Pilates Reformers machines.

Q:

Hello, Do you guys offer any pregnancy yoga classes? If so, what days and times do you offer them? Thank you for your time.

Reyna  asked on  Apr 24, 2013

A:

Hi Reyna and thanks for your question. We welcome our prenatal (and post-natal) students to join us in any of our Level 1 Beginning Yoga classes. Our teachers are all well versed in prenatal yoga and can help modify poses best for you and your baby. There's nothing better than a good yoga practice to help you prepare for childbirth. Please let the teacher or the front desk staff know you're pregnant and check with your physician first prior to joining any yoga classes.
