Venue and Setup Requirements
- Client must ensure safe and adequate access to the venue. Additional fees may apply for stairs, elevators, long walking distances, limited loading zones, or difficult access locations. Outdoor setups must include a covered and level area with reliable power.
Scheduling Requirements
- Appointment required and based on availability. Events starting after one oclock AM are not allowed. Certain holidays or peak dates may be restricted or may require additional fees.
Equipment Rules
- Packages include only the listed equipment. Upgrades or additional items require separate fees. Client is responsible for preventing misuse or damage to any equipment.
Weather and Safety Policy
- ADMFA reserves the right to refuse outdoor setup in unsafe or uncovered conditions including rain, wind, or unstable ground surfaces.
