Traditional culinary techniques meet festive ambiance at Adobo Grill. Chef Juan Gabriel Arriaga ensures that the menu remains faithful to its fresh roots by making corn tortillas in-house and having servers prepare every order of guacamole directly beside diners' tables. Iconic Mexican flavors add zest to entrees as well—tacos are filled with everything from tamarind- and chipotle-glazed chicken to grilled avocado and poblano peppers, while seared steaks and enchiladas are topped with rich mole sauce. And that diverse selection of cuisine is accompanied by a mind-boggling drink selection, featuring more than 80 different tequilas as well as various mezcals and cordials.
