The 13th Annual Halloween Hustle® 5K & Kids Dash will take place on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 8:30am. This Halloween themed race runs through historic downtown Palatine. Immediately following the race, runners and spectators alike are invited to partake in a special after party at the Tap House Grill. Here’s what to expect at the Halloween Hustle® 5K:

• Each 5K participant receives:
  • Customized Dri-Fit long-sleeved shirt
  • Goody bag
  • A finisher medal
• Each Kids’ Dash participant receives:
  • Cotton T-shirt
  • Bib
  • Goody bag
  • Pumpkin
• Check-in time and location: 7 a.m., 345 North Eric Drive
• Race start time:
  • 5K: 8:30 a.m.
  • Kids’ Dash: 8.10 a.m.
• Timing method: disposable B-Tag timing system; timing chips are attached directly to the back of bib number and are to remain adhered for the duration of the event
• Kids’ Dash is for children aged 3-12
• Award groups: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
• The top three male and female finishers in each age group receive a customized Andigo Halloween Hustle 5K Medal
• Packet pick-up will be available race day; pre-race packet pick-up will be at Road Runner Sports Kildeer on Friday, October 26, 12-7 p.m.
• After party with the award ceremony at Tap House Grill; each participant receives one beverage

Strollers are welcome at the event, but dogs are not (with the exception of service animals).
