Hi, I want to buy a pkg. for a friend (not sure which one) to come along. What if I gift one to someone, and didn't know they had visited previously? Would the groupon be voided?

The fine print states "consultation required prior to scheduling treatment" is there a cost for the consultation? If so, what is the cost?

Michelle, great question. No, the consultation is free. WE need to do the consultation to make sure you are a good candidate , and your health, medication and skin care regime is not contraindicated to treatment. We also go over any questions or concerns you may have and explain the technology, pre-treatment instructions and care plan.

Debbie, your apts are scheduled based on the area. Anything on the face/head should be done every 8 weeks and the body every 6 weeks for best results. WE are open M-F 9-5

After a treatment, will the area be red/irritated for a period of time after? I'd hate to walk around with a red mustache :)

A:

Mary, the area could be a little red, but you should be able to cover with makeup easily. The redness usually last no moire than 24 hours and in most cases is gone in a couple of hours.
