What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Mr. Clagg leveraged more than 30 years of success and achievements as a VP/GM into professional resume writing and career coaching almost 12 years ago. More than 900 career coaching clients and thousands of resume clients have been successfully served with many of their comments on our website.

What do you love most about your job?
Leveraging 30 years of team success with proper interviewing, hiring, coaching, mentoring, and training and seeing measurable, positive results was immediately portable to helping our clients with professional resumes, interviewing training, et al to see them succeed when many had little hope.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
HUNDREDS of unsolicited emails from clients successfully landing 'career positions' and helping them negotiate improved compensation and perks. Many recent comments are noted within the company website, but THEIR success is ultimately MY success! I absolutely LOVE my work and helping others succeed!
