Excellent customer service, if it were based on that it would be 5⭐️. Erica was very nice and knowledgeable. However I’m giving 3 stars because there were no results whatsoever. I think the most I lost was < 1/2 inch around my stomach. I followed the post-treatment care -dieting, exercise, compression clothing, etc. and I was disappointed at seeing no difference. A lot of money for little change.
