Q:

Is this for 100% authentic botox product? I know in the past some offices were advertising it as pure botox but was actually a compound made similar to botox . Who administers the injections? Can you provide product lot numbers so I know i am getting actual botox ? Do you participate in brilliant distinctions? Do you offer any discounts on filler as well if i decide to do them the same day??

Dianna S.  asked on  Jan 24, 2013

A:

Yes,...100% authentic and of course we can provide you with the lot numbers. We do not redeem/utilize Brilliant Distinctions "points" in conjunction with the groupon pricing of $5 per unit. As an incentive to book filler at the same time as your Botox injections, we offer 30% off our retail price -- 1ML of Juvederm or Restylane, for example, would be $350.00.

Q:

I have used botox, but not the other product. I am 52 with nominal wrinkles. Which product would be best?

cindy s.  asked on  Jan 24, 2013

A:

Both Dysport and Botox contain the same active ingredient - Botulinum Toxin type A. The only difference is (primarily) in the protein carriers used in each product. Dysport is believed to have "gentler" proteins -- such that the body does not produce as many anti-bodies (immunity) to the product, therefore lasting longer. Switching to Dysport is also advised if you have been using Botox for a long time and are now not experiencing as positive a result - requiring more units, or not lasting as long as it did previously. Many people prefer Dysport because the onset is much faster for most people.

Q:

Hi Lynette, I have been to your office on 1 occasion can I still purchase the groupon? I would like to try the Dysport. Thanks!

c Z.  asked on  Jan 27, 2013

A:

OHHH, I am so glad you asked that! No, Cynthia, since Groupon carries a significant cost to a business to advertise using it -- such that we actually loose money to provide that initial service -- the Groupons are intended for first time clients only. HOWEVER, we will ALWAYS price match and extend the best price being adververtised by us (or anyone else within a 25 miles radius) whether that is on Groupon or any other advertising source. So, as long as you are seeing $5 Botox and $2 Dysport being advertised (again by us or another company within the Phoenix metro area), we will continue to charge our returning clients that price as well.

Colleen L.  asked on  Jan 27, 2013

A:

Yes...and any extra units you need to complete treatment on 2nd visit will be billed at same ($5 per unit) price

Q:

I have two areas I would like to have injected but I need to know how much product would be needed so I can determine which option would work the best. I have, between my eybrows an area which i must tense u.p, I would like them relaxed because I usually get a dailey headache from it. My other choice is just below my lower lip on both sides, it is not that deep and maybe 1/2 inch on both side. If I bought the DrySport how much would be needed? If I bought the Boxtox how much would I need and if I needed addtional what would the cost be? Thank you very much!

I'm very sorry that we were unable to get to your question! Since this Groupon is only available for purchase until midnight tonight, I suggest contacting the merchant directly at (480) 352-7216. Thanks for your interest!
