What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After 25 years in the business I thought it was unfair how every company offered just one window option. We decided the customer should get to pick the window that fits their needs, their budget and to not feel pressure to buy that same day.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is helping people solve problems. It brings me happiness when I am able to meet with a customer and help them work out a solution for their window needs.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The most common surprise our customers get is how much quieter new windows make their home, The outside noises such as trains, cars, and loud music are no longer heard with new windows.
