About Adventures in Riding with Miss Julie

Julie Albert has been working with horses longer than many of her students have been alive. Her passion for dressage in particular stretches back 35 years, and she's been teaching the sport for the last 25. Though dressage is Julie's specialty, she also teaches riders the disciplines of hunter/jumper, western, english, and western pleasure barrels. During all lessons, her years of experience are evident as she teaches students to manipulate the horses' movements by using their bodies rather than promising to become their racing agents. Beyond lessons, Julie hosts casual trail rides and pony parties at her three-acre farm, events that are centered around safe, well-behaved horses that Julie trained herself.
