What You'll Get
When The Beatles returned from India, they brought with them tranquility, sitars, and the ability to stretch their hair past their shoulders. Reach here, there, and everywhere with this Groupon.
Choose Between Two Options
- $39 for 8 Pilates group Reformer classes (a $200 value)
- $39 for 10 Pilates mat or yoga classes (a $130 value)
The Pilates Reformer machines utilize a system of ropes, springs, and pulleys that let students strength train using their own body weight, increasing lean muscle mass and flexibility. Like the equipment classes, Pilates mat classes also focus on the core, and feature an array of exercises to strengthen the abs. Yoga stretches the muscles with postures that can leave the mind and body feeling refreshed. See the full schedule of classes here. Aerial Bodies recommends that students without Reformer experience take a private session before taking group classes (not included with this Groupon).

aerialbodiesinc eschews the crowds, loud music, and sweaty equipment often found in larger gyms for an intimate, boutique studio that conjures a quiet, relaxed setting in which to exercise the mind and body. In the Pilates room, owner Lydie Robsham guides students through core-bolstering moves on Reformer machines that utilize the body weight of the exerciser to sculpt lean muscle, increase flexibility, and improve posture. In addition to a plethora of athletic accomplishments and teaching certifications, Lydie also boasts a license in massage therapy and can work out her clients' kinks with kneading techniques from a dozen different modalities. After a yoga or Pilates class, guests can unwind with coffee or tea.
