Q:

What does 15 units mean?

Whitney B.  asked on  Nov 15, 2012

A:

This is the form of measurement that we use to draw up the product which is prepared for one area to be injected.

Q:

I am a memeber of the Brilliant Distinctions Program. Is Dr. Darm a participating provider with this program? I have 200 points to use worth 25$. Can I use these points to purchase additional units above the 30? Thank-You

Darcy R.  asked on  Nov 15, 2012

A:

Dear Darcy, Yes, we do participate in the program. I know that we had a few calls today regarding this particular program. Please call into the office tomorrow and ask for me and I will make sure you talk to our program coordinator with the details of how this works with the Groupon deal. Thank you for considering visiting our clinic. Thanks, Melissa

Q:

I generally need around 40 units of botox. What is the cost of the additional units beyond the Groupon price? In response to the above question from Jo B. I also have a Botox Reward card/membership. I believe if over 25 units of botox is purchased, Botox will rebate you 25$. This is nothing new and I've used my card for the rebate for several years. I don't believe it matters at what cost you purchase the units. Thanks, Darcy

Darcy R.  asked on  Nov 15, 2012

A:

The additional unit price is $11. I’m really unsure about the Botox Reward Program if you are talking about the Brilliant Distinctions then yes we do participate in this program. We are one of the largest providers of Botox a Diamond provider just short of the highest level which is Black Diamond. Please call the clinic and ask for me and I will have my coordinator discuss all of the details related to our offer with Groupon. Thanks, Melissa

Q:

well after reading the questions and answers that iv'e read so far, can only afford one area, dr darm takes the wrinkles away in one area, then the rest of my face is still a mess, i'm 56, and would need a miracle worker for $99.00, to fill the other areas, plus i read some yelp real customers from botoxexperiences. and they have nothing to do with botox, they were about sports medicine, and sprained ankles, need feed back from dr darm's botox customers, do not know how yelp got on dr darm's website, and they are talking about a different clinic, in sports medicine. zero about dr darm's clients, have seen his ads on tv, if your that good, you should have lines out the door, which some one would spill the beans on their experience with dr darm's botox, if there is a site, could you let me know where it is?? thank-you L.J.

Lori-Jo M.  asked on  Nov 15, 2012

A:

Dear Lori Jo, First let me say that I’m sorry that you may seem to have an issue with our Groupon ad. I’m unsure if most of the general public understands that Yelp and some of these other sites where you can place negative feedback know that you are not required to identify yourself and we have absolutely no way of finding out if this is an actual patient or a competitor. We have 35 employees and see over 200 patients per day and an A+ rating with the BBB. If a patient files a complaint with the BBB they are required to identify themselves and we are actually given the opportunity to mediate the situation with the BBB’s assistance. I hope that I’ve answered your question. Thanks, Melissa

Q:

Can I get the botox around my mouth ...laugh lines

Haley A.  asked on  Nov 14, 2012

A:

I spoke with the doctor and I’m unclear of what lines you are referring to. Generally the lines above the mouth need filler or a fat transfer to plum up the wrinkle. The doctor would not want to mislead you because filler and fat transfers above the mouth are considerably more than Botox. If you would like to send a picture to my email melissa@drdarm.com I would be happy to show the doctor if you are unable to come in for a free consultation prior to the ad ending. Thanks, Melissa

Q:

I too am interested in the Botox for Migraines. Should I buy the deal and then get the consult. If I am not a good candidate can the deal go towards some other service you offer?

Danielle V.  asked on  Nov 14, 2012

A:

It’s completely up to you. The deal is running for a few days maybe you can come in prior to it ending and meet with a Wellness Consultant and she will have the doctor discuss your options. Either way yes you can have the deal go towards another service. Thanks, Melissa

Q:

Is this only applicable to cosmetic Botox? Or can you use this to get Botox treatments for migraines (since it's not covered by my insurance)?

Tamara S.  asked on  Nov 13, 2012

A:

Dear Tamara, The doctor would need to see you and determine if you’re a candidate to utilize Botox for the treatment of migraines. We do offer free consultations for the doctor to discuss the use of Botox for migraines. Thanks, Melissa
