About Affordable Chiropractic Center
Doctor of Chiropractic Ron Loewenstein knows how debilitating back pain can be. At the age of 23, he herniated a disc in his lumbar spine while working construction. For weeks after the injury, he couldn't move without jolts of pain stabbing at his spine. With the likelihood of an unsuccessful surgery looming ahead, he started searching for an alternative approach. His quest led him to chiropractic care—and to relief from most of his pain. Inspired by his newfound knowledge and pain-free life, he changed his career trajectory and enrolled in the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic.
Today, Dr. Loewenstein is a board-certified chiropractor. He draws on more than 15 years of experience in treating nerve, muscle, and joint conditions with physical-therapy techniques, such as muscle stimulation, ultrasound, and traction. When he isn't nudging vertebrae, he supervises a staff of five massage therapists and treats patients with nutritional therapy, acupuncture, and sports medicine. His time away from the office is largely spent providing free services to college and high-school athletic departments, coaching his children's sports teams, and sorting his collection of foam hands.
