My inspiration to start this business was to work from home so I could spend more time with my family.
What do you love most about your job?
The vast majority of people I help will always say, "WOW this was great!" after they have something repaired. To be praised and make people happy is something that I really love. Also, being able to spend more time with my family is one of the best things about working for myself.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
