They were the worst company I never seen a company using windex and rags my windows are smeared . I paid $99 to Groupon and they demanded me to pay an extra $126 00 before they would leave. I want my $99.00 back from Groupon or I will go to channel 10 for consumer fraud.

Caveat Emptor! I purchased Groupons to cover the cleaning of 32 windows. The Groupons cost me about $140.00. I was thrilled with the deal at the time. That changed when I called to make the appointment. The first thing they asked me was if I had read the fine print. I asked why. They said that the fine print states that "tax and gratuity" was not included. I had read that. But then came the rub. He said that for 32 windows the tax and gratuity came to, get this, $196.00. I said,"are you kidding me"? He was not. At this point I was prepared to cancel the Groupon but I found out it was too late. So I went ahead with the appointment. The service itself was fine. The two guys did a very thorough job. But if you are thinking about buying this Groupon, be prepared to pay more than twice as much more for "tax and gratuity" than you do for the Groupon itself. You can probably get a better total price elsewhere without any coupon or Groupon at all. Again I say, Caveat Emptor! Shame on you Affordable Squeaky Clean and Groupon. Very dishonest on both of your parts. The fine print itself is not enough. The Groupon advertisement should list the exorbitant price of the "tax and gratuity" overcharge as well.

Do not purchase this. I paid for 12 windows to be cleaned and only 11 was done. They only used a window cleaner and rag. The stills were also not cleaned. One of the screens fell to the ground and was not told about it. When we found it the man said "Oh yeah, that fell out". After he left and we went to put the screen back in, the window was broken (where the window fixes into the frame). We cannot open the window now and it needs to be replaced. I called this company and was told "what do you want me to do about it". I paid $79.00 plus another $70.00 for tax and gratuity. Make sure you read the fine print if you want to take a chance and purchase it.

Very unprofessional. Left a mess with the dirt and dust all over the floor and furniture. For each window they cleaned, I spent double the time cleaning after them. Requires another payment of $70 for their tax and gratuity. The "supervisor" looked and sounded high... although he may not have been... thats the impression I got. Never again.
