Q:

If I wanted to get my lip done does the hair have to have dark pigmentation?

Catherine L.  asked on  Feb 16, 2013

A:

The darker the hair, the better the laser works. It does not work very well/at all on light blonde, blonde, gray, white, or red hairs.

Q:

what's the difference between a bikini partial, middle and full bikini?

Maria T.  asked on  Feb 15, 2013

A:

Hi Maria! The partial bikini is just along the sides where you would clean up when wearing a bathing suit, the middle includes as much of the labia as you choose while still leaving some hair, and the full is a complete brazilian where all the hair is lasered off in that area.

Q:

For the full face what are the 3+ areas?? And how does. Laser hair removal works does it truly remove the hair for good or just breakdown the pigment and make them impossible to see?

matthew o.  asked on  Feb 15, 2013

A:

Hi Matthew! The full face can be any of the areas on the face as long as it's 3 or more - so that could be lip, chin, sides, cheeks, etc.. The laser works by seeking out the pigment deep down in the hair follicle and transferring the energy there which essentially "kills" the hair follicle and prevents it from growing more hair. Laser is truly a very effective way to permanently reduce hair in almost any body area.

Q:

I have very light colored hair, is this a pigment based procedure or will it also work for me?

Anne-Marie B.  asked on  Feb 15, 2013

A:

Hi Anne-Marie! That's a great question - unfortunately the hair must have a good amount of pigment in order for the treatment to work so you are probably not be a good candidate if your hair is light.
