Q:

Are the shoulders and neck included in the whole back treatment? And may I use 4 treatments for my whole back and 2 of them for my chest if I buy the large area treatment? Thanks

Hayriye C.  asked on  Sep 30, 2012

A:

The back of the shoulders are included when treating the full back. If you want to have the back of the neck treated, you would need to purchase another package for a Small area. If you wanted to also have the front of the shoulders and the back of the neck, you would need to add another package for a Medium area. All 6 treatments are to be used for the same area.

Q:

What if I purchase a hair removal package and then I am told I am not an appropriate candidate for the procedure?

Darla B.  asked on  Sep 27, 2012

A:

You would be refunded your money through groupon. Our Vectus laser is for all skin types; however, the hair can not be white, gray, or blonde.

Q:

How long can you space out the treatments? Is a week okay?

Kathy  asked on  Sep 26, 2012

A:

The spacing of the treatments usually depends on the area you're having treated. The technician will advise you how far apart the treatments should be or you can give us a call to find out. Your hair grows in different cycles and we want you to have the best possible results.

Q:

Are both legs comsidered one large area or do Ineed to buy 2 to do each leg? Also is brazilian really the entire area? Is that painful?

Erin P.  asked on  Sep 26, 2012

A:

Both legs are included in the large area. Everyone's pain tolerance is different, however most patients describe it as uncomfortable but very tolerable. Our state of the art Vectus laser minimizes discomfort. Yes, Brazilian does include the entire area but can be individualized depending on what the paitent wants.
