About Agora Bistro
Sunlight washes over sky-blue napkins and pure white tablecloths at Agora Bistro, where Greek family recipes are served in an airy setting. At dinner, small plates of saganaki—Greek cheese flamed in brandy—or pan-fried Greek fries with or without feta start meals with a hint of drama. Larger options include stuffed grape leaves with an egg-lemon sauce, tender ground beef-and-lamb gyros, and Grecian Riganati chicken marinated in an olive oil and lemon sauce. It all goes down even better with a craft beer from breweries such as local 5 Lizard and Great Lakes and varieties like Hop Slayer and Rogue Mocha Porter.
