What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

We can't remember a time when we were not thinking about doing something creative and helping people. And although our healthcare past was effective in helping people, there was no avenue to use our creativity. So, when we were introduced to permanent makeup we knew that was what we wanted to do.

What do you love most about your job?

What gives us the most joy in what I do is the instant gratification that clients express. when they are handed the mirror and they smile, do the happy cry or ask for a hug.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

A client told us that she got way more than she expected. She said that she did not expect that much care and professionalism.
