Peggy was super sweet! We got 8 different bottle of tastings! Such a great deal! I am not much of a dry or non-sweet wine person but overall, the wines are good. I would definitely do it again.

The owner and chief winemaker, Jerry, is amazingly fun and informative to talk to - I learned so much during the visit. The wine was very good as well and I ended up buying quite a few bottles as the prices are very low for the quality.

About Aimee June Winery

The trio of winemakers behind Aimee June Winery was passionate about drinking great wine, but they couldn't necessarily afford to keep up the habit. To solve this dilemma, they saw two possible answers: become wildly successful treasure hunters, or make wine themselves; they opted for the latter. Taking an old-school approach, they fine-tuned their winemaking process, crafting wines using native yeasts and in small lots with minimal filtration. Long, cold "soaks" and barrel fermentation resulted in a finished product layered with flavor and complexity, packaged in bottles adorned with labels that feature hand-made artwork. Varietals include the bold 2010 Sangiovese, a peppery 2009 Syrah, a fruit-forward Grenache from 2009, and the bold Cabernet.
