I call the company as instructed and received a respinse. We set up the appointment for 5 days out. Shawn with Air Duct Bros came out and hooked the vaccuum up and was extremely informative.

The service was scheduled right the next day I got the groupon. The work was done professionally.We did the dryer vent as well, the dryer works better now, the air smells cleaner. We had to do extra work to remove the mold, they had applied the antymicrobal treatment. That costed extra $300, but it's worth it. The air is noticeably cleaner now.

The tech was very knowledgeable. They do offer other services while they are cleaning your vent but you can refuse them. It is nice though, to know what to look out for. It was like a/c school!
