I called on Wednesday to book an appointment and was able to schedule it the next day. Tony showed up on time, was very professional and pleasant to talk to. My dryer vent was totally clogged as he showed me all the lint that he had removed - it filled a plastic grocery bag! The service was excellent as well as the communication booking the appointment.
