Garrett and Wyatt did an awesome job cleaning my air duct system. They were courteous and polite and handled my items with care when moving them to access my vents. Garrett explained the process step by step and I even received photos of before and after pictures. Really appreciate the amazing customer service.

The only thing that Groupon purchasers need to be aware of is that you will not get your ducts cleaned for the $99 Groupon. I have a 1400 sf 2 bedroom house. The Groupon makes it sound like you can get a bunch of your registers with ducts cleaned for $99. But you only get one "main" for that price, and I guess houses have several. Bottom line: In addition to the $99 I paid for the Groupon, I paid an additional $500, for a total of $600! I needed to get this done, and I took time off for the appointment. They tell you once they've walked around your house and tallied it all up that if you don't want to do it Groupon will refund your money. But at that point you've got time and effort invested, so they know that some folks (like me) will just cave and do it. They did a nice job. But the Groupon is clearly just an advertising gimmick to get them in the door. The cost for my relatively small house was the Groupon ($99) plus an additional $500! And that was with a 15% discount! Just be aware.
