I just got swindled by the technician you sent. He did a BOTCHED JOB, horrible installation, never cleaned as was supposed to do, and did not install the lifetime filter he sold us. I will dispute the $500 charge with my credit card company, but I want to claim back the money I paid to GRUPON for this HORRIBLE JOB.
