I did not use their services. They refused to do the jobs that the groupon said they would do unless I pay another $659. The technician who was a nice person, called the company and came back with the best 10 % off, but still I was asked to pay $559 before they would start the job. I refused to be scammed. So he left without doing any jobs. I bought two, one for my primary home and one for my rental home. He did not go to my rental home because I am not going to pay over $1300 in addition to the $210 money that I spent on this two groupons already. I would give zero star because the feedback I have provided the above. But I was unable to rate zero star because it won't allow me to submit my feedback. I rate one star for the politeness of the technician. He just there to carry out his company's requirement. What a rip off!! I need to have my groupon refund because they did not do the jobs.
