Communication was great, informing me of a delay., due to a repair on a earlier call. However when the technician arrived, he was priofessnal , wore company logo, and a mask. He service my 2 units with with confidence and offered a maintenance tip. I would refer and use agaiin.

First technician reported the whole ac unit should be replaced, then never sent me his report. My home warranty sent 2nd technician to come out and he told me the unit is fine, only one part needs to be replaced not the whole unit, also did not send his report.
I've been calling back and forth for over a month to resolve this and AirPro is refusing to send their report to the home warranty.

I made an appointment the day I bought the Groupon for the following day. Arnold arrived right on time. He is a friendly, professional technician with years of experience. He explained my options for repairing my aging cooling system. I feel Air Pro's pricing for parts and labor were very fair. I plan to use Air Pro for all my future HVAC needs.

Tech showed up and looked at the thermostat then said the whole unit needed to be replaced without looking at anything outside or even the air filter inside. I asked why and he then he says this units only last 10 years and it would cost more to leak for the leak than replace everything. I just said no thanks and called another service that had our air working after finding the leak outside near the connections. Wouldn't recommend, hope other techs with this company are better. Was told the tech would have found the leak if he just did the cleaning special we paid for originally.
