- 3-day hassle-free refund guarantee - Free cancellation for up to 3 days after purchase for unredeemed vouchers
- Limit of 4 vouchers per person.
- Repurchase not allowed.
- Groupons must be used in a single visit.
- Glow Riderz passes are valid for ages 5 and up.
- Guests under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
- Glow Riderz passes are for walk-in customers only and are subject to availability.
- Be sure to complete the online waiver before your visit by filling it out on the Air Riderz website. Links to location-specific waiver will be available for you after purchase.
- Air Riderz grip socks are required and are not included in the pass. They can be purchased on-site for $4.99 per pair (aside from the Birthday Party Package).
- Sales tax is not included and will be collected at the time of redemption.
- Birthday Party Bookings: A $75 deposit is required for all birthday party bookings; the Groupon voucher cannot be used to pay this deposit. The party must be booked at least 7 days before your desired date, and availability is not guaranteed. The Groupon offer is only valid for the Platinum Birthday Party Package and cannot be applied to other packages (e.g., Gold or Platinum Glow). Only one Groupon voucher may be used per birthday party booking, and it cannot be combined with other offers or applied to existing bookings.
