Trae was my service provider and he was absolutely great. He thoroughly cleaned - didn't act rushed and he explained everything to me as he worked and I watched him perform the tuneup. He gave me honest advice and I am confident he did an excellent job. I would recommend them and no thesitate to use Aire Serve in the future for my HVAC needs.

Aire Serv worker called to let me know when he'd arrive. He checked everything out in heat pump and furnace. Something not right but wasn't able to fix it. As he was an apprentice. So we had another appt that then had to be changed since wrong hour for me to be home. It all worked out and thermostat was the issue. I was not charged for 2nd visit. Technician was great. Good company. Good workers. I'd use them again when need be.
