What do you love most about your job?

Making people smile - which is how we answer the phone as well. When we see our great reviews it makes us smile. One recently where it was one of the hottest days of the year, and we were able to get their new system installed quickly.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

The best ones are when we hear about our folks in the field doing a great job and being recognized by one of our customers. Since we are not on every job and we rely on our technicians in taking great care of our customers, hearing about them by name really is great.
