The appt was made without a hitch, confirming acceptance of Groupon. The tech arrived before appt. time. An initial assessment and prognosis was made with further service recommendations. I can't attest of any tune-up services or interventions, it appeared only to be a visual inspection.
Unfortunately, though the tech stated he would include the aspects of the visit with all recommendations and estimates on my e-receipt which was to be emailed simultaneously upon e-signature; the receipt was NEVER sent.
After numerous attempts of contacting the AIRE-SERV office and submitting 'Contact Us' e-messages to the local company' website who provided service requesting that my receipt is sent; they never sent it.
This required me to solicit further inspection$ by other specialists; while my HVAC unit was being subjected to further damage.
I wouldn't recommend the local office who performed my service to neighbors; though since they have a posted a billboard advertisement nearby. I have never experienced such service!
