Q:

I have a few questions: (1) Would you come to Post Falls, ID? (2) I have a furnace and a heat pump (similar to A/C)... if I bought the option for the furnace AND A/C, would the A/C portion work for inspection/tune-up of my heat pump? (3) My furnace is in my crawl space (plenty of room). Is this okay? Thank you!

Ian S.  asked on  Mar 21, 2013

A:

Hi Ian, Yes we will come to Post Falls, there will be a trip fee but you can call the office at 535-4822 for more details. The furnace & heat pump is just fine, as is the crawl space.

Q:

We do not have an air conditioner but we have two furnaces. May we buy the second option to be used on the two furnaces? Thank you.

Anne M.  asked on  Mar 20, 2013

A:

Hi Anne, No, it wouldnt work for two furnaces, as the service is different between the two pieces of equipment. We would suggest buying the single option and then calling our office for details on the second furnace.
