What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are a 24 hour, 7 day a week Home Comfort Company with NO after hours fee. We are dedicated on providing the best and most comprehensive service in our community. We do a full diagnostic on your system, tell you how much it will cost up front, and clean up after ourselves so you don't have to.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To provide a level of service to my community that was not available in our area. I wanted to be able to provide an income for my family in a fair and ethical manner.
What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction of completing a job and knowing that we helped make someone more comfortable in their home.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We had a lady that had sever allergy's that bought a house. The previous home owner had not disclosed that they smoked. After replacing carpet and repainting the walls, she was still not able to stay there. With our indoor air quality product she was able to keep her home and was able to breath.
