Akio Sushi's Tuna Lover's Dream roll is aptly name. The specialty roll is chock full of tuna—both spicy tuna and seared peppered tuna—wrapped up with veggies and juicy mango. That's just one of the sushi house's signature rolls, though. Others highlight yellowtail, eel, and seared salmon. The sushi chefs, hard at work behind the open bar, handle seafood expertly—but they just as deftly stuff vegetarian rolls with shiitaki mushrooms and spinach or pumpkin tempura, which comes highly recommended by Peter Pumpkin Eater III.
