Q:

Can I use this groupon for the bottom inside and top inside? I don't want it on the top of my lid or the outside of the bottom lid

Colleen D.  asked on  Jul 10, 2013

A:

I'm sorry but we do not work on the wet line.

Q:

As you well know, this offer is only as good as the talent of the tattoo artist is, especially since it's so permanent. Does Carol have a lot of photos of her work to show clients before signing up for this - for eyeliner and lips.

A:

I would suggest contacting them directly at (760) 809-2583 for more information about Carol and seeing samples of her work.

A:

We do have a sampling of our clients on our Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.547826695276219.1073741827.547820338610188&type=1 . Please keep in mind that these are our clients and not something we found online. Also, all pictures are taken immediately after the service so the colors are a bit bolder that what they will heal to. Once the skin is fully healed the make-up will look a lot more subtle and natural.

Q:

How long does the "permanent" eyeliner last?

Ellen C.  asked on  Jul 8, 2013

A:

It is considered permanent because we are permanently implanting pigment under the skin but the pigment will fade a bit with time. How long until the pigment fades depends on the person's skin, the care that they give the make up (someone that is in the sun a lot will see more fading that someone that shies from the sun), and how good the person is about getting touch-ups. We recommend a touch-up about once a year or so.

Q:

I understand that Eyebrows are not in this Groupon offer. That wasn't my question: I want to know if that will be offered later, and what it costs to do Eyebrows without a Groupon. Thanks! Janet Boyce

Janet B.  asked on  Jul 8, 2013

A:

Hi Janet, A new service of eyebrows is $375 and at the moment we don't have another Groupon deal scheduled.

Janet B.  asked on  Jul 8, 2013

A:

Eyebrows are not included with this offer.

Q:

Are colors other than black and brown available; for instance, aqua, blue and green?

Margaret M.  asked on  Jul 7, 2013

A:

Aside from the basic shades of colors (that range from deep black, soft black, black brown and brown) we do offer some of the novelty color such as blue, green and purple. If you would like a novelty color please specify when you make your appointment so we can ensure that we have the color you desire on hand.

Q:

Do you use the latest technology in machinery? I ask this because one time I had my eyes done with an out-dated device which turned out to be both excessively painful, and the eyeliner was uneven. Thanks! Janet

Janet B.  asked on  Jul 7, 2013

A:

Quality of the service as well as the comfort of our clients is our priority. The machine that we use is one that uses some of the latest technological developments in our industry and is a high quality device. This machine along with high quality pigments and anesthetics help us give our clients a smooth, even, and beautiful make-up as well as a comfortable experience.
