Luigi's Italian Eatery

Growing up in the Italian port town of Brindisi, Luigi DeNunzio frequented the colorful outdoor markets with his father. Surrounded by stalls bursting with local produce, meat, fish, and dairy, Luigi discovered his love of rustic cuisine composed from the freshest regional ingredients. After immigrating to Seattle in 1977, Luigi amassed experience in both cooking and business while working at a handful of the city's Italian restaurants. In 1989, he opened a restaurant where tables covered in white linen host plates of hearty Italian fare. Since then, Luigi has expanded his oeuvre at Luigi's Italian Eatery to include cooking classes

Both the food and chef were great. Good atmosphere and location. Cheap parking right on 1st Ave Columbia parking garage a half block north of the restaurant, which is in Pioneer Square. Overall a fun experience which I will surely refer to others.

A lot of fun. We had a great group and we were drinking a lot of wine so I think that really made it. It was crowded with 9 people, but it sounds like they may try and limit the class size to 8. Definitely worth the groupon. They add a "service charge" at the end of the night along with your drinks which is basically gratuity to the chef instructor but he deserved it. Great date night!
