Q:

For the interior spray, would it harm our four indoor dogs? I also have a problem with ants and box elder bugs outside. Will it get rid of these?

Cathryn B.  asked on  Jul 11, 2013

A:

Once the liquid treatment dries it is safe for humans and animals. We can also treat in selective areas that are inaccessible to the pets for even more protection. The service will be effective on ants and will help with the elder bugs. Finding and treating the exact source of the elder bugs is sometimes a challenge but we will certainly do our best!

Q:

What kind of pests are covered? We don't have roaches but have seen a few fleas and we have been seeing brown recluse spiders.

karen d.  asked on  Jul 10, 2013

A:

Fleas will be covered and we will spray the spiders that we see. Spiders are only killed if hit directly by the chemical. Unlike insects, spiders do not not groom themselves or otherwise ingest the chemical. However, spiders are present only if there is a food source which is of course insects. Therefore our treatment will remove their food source and the spiders will go away.
