Q:

What if I purchase the groupon for my spouse that is Military & has Tricare? Can we also come in and just have the massage for $45.00?

LaDawnya F.  asked on  Jul 19, 2012

A:

We have Self Pay or what we call Time of Service rate which would be $40-50 for spinal adjustments. TOS rate for massages are $75.00, and laser treatments would be $50.00 at the TOS rate. You can use the Groupon certificate and then do any other treatment, as well, at your convenience for the rates stated above. If you go to Press Goodies.com you will find specials there for yourself, however, once each individual has seen the doctor on a special, and has had a massage on a special, they would not be able to use future coupons. I hope that answers your questions. pw

Q:

Because I am 66, I am on Medicare. However, I do not intend to notify or charge Medicare for this. So, there should be no problem with my buying this Groupon, right?

A:

Thank you for choosing us but "As Medicare and Medicaid requirements state that any services rendered to a Medicare or Medicaid recipient MUST be billed to Medicare and Medicaid even if it is a non-covered service and as our office is at capacity for Medicare and Medicaid patients at this time we are not able to offer the groupon for participants of these programs."

Q:

If I purchase this groupon, can I just have the massage or do I have to have the evaluation and is there an additional cost? In other words, can I have the massage and walk out having only paid the $45.00 groupon fee?

Warren j.  asked on  Jul 17, 2012

A:

The groupon we have running is for massage only, which will be done by a License Massage Therapist. No hidden fees or treatment.

Q:

I don't understand the "not valid with Medicare or Medicaid" statement. What does that matter if you purchase the coupon?
