What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I am a Teacher of Movement and Strength who is passionate about helping people lose weight, move better, and get stronger one day at a time. Strength is a choice, and it is built one brick at a time from the ground up. I understand that one good decision after another creates the lifestyle change that is necessary for long-term success and the importance of connecting with each person individually to discover what motivates them.
What do you love most about your job?
My job allows me to use my passion and experience in the fitness industry to equip others with the professional guidance, support, and accountability they need to lose weight, move better, and get stronger. My purpose is to help clients eliminate any road blocks, and realize that their goals can be accomplished regardless of perceived limitations or current fitness levels.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
It's hard to narrow it down, but one customer told me when she met me, she was frustrated because she had made many attempts to lose weight with minimal results. She lost a total of almost 70 pounds so far, and would not have achieved such results without my coaching through this process. She now enjoys exercising and actually misses it when she is unable to get a work out in.
