Sammy and his coworker were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. In our situation, they were patient when we had to reschedule due to illness, and they explained everything about additional charges in advance. The Groupon does say there is a charge for extra vents. This still works out to be a good deal as they are very thorough and I trust their staff. High quality and high recommendations!
