Attendees wander through the Albuquerque Convention Center, filled to the rafters with vendors, artists, and a video-gaming area. More than 50 celebrity comic-book and media guests will be in attendance over the three-day festival, including Stan Lee, Adam Baldwin, and Katee Sackhoff. Panel events will include sci-fi speed dating and a discussion of the Before Watchmen prequel with writer Len Wein. Guests can also test their might in tournament and non-tournament inflatable sumo contests ($5+).
Though not included in the Groupon, visitors can also witness a recording of Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes' podcast Jay and Silent Bob Get Old (additional $30).

Spread out over the 106,000 square feet of Albuquerque Convention Center, the Albuquerque Comic Expo assembles a motley crew of comic-book artists, immersive activities, and celebrity guests. The three-day event, running June 21–23, brings imaginary worlds to life as guests meet the artists and actors behind their favorite comics and films. A crammed schedule of events includes costume contests, exhibitions, Q&As with panels of celebrities, and rowdy games of Pin the Tail on the Batman.
