Having never experienced this type of skin treatment I went in with a modicum of hope and a grain of salt. My initial consultation and treatment with the laser lite was pretty fabulous! An emphasis on combining hydration, diet, and exercise was explained to maximize results. I continued to hydrate after my initial appointment and noticed results around five hours afterwards!

First let me say, Kristen is a true professional and highly skilled in this area. After my 1st treatment with her, I noticed a decrease in the fluff around my flanks. I'm someone who works out 5 days a week and eats pretty healthy so the fact that this showed results after one treatment was incredible. I'm definitely a believer and look forward to working with Kristen more in the future.
