Appointment required, contact by phone at (504) 617-2370. Must sign waiver. $20 Non- Refundable Deposit REQUIRED. I will contact you on the day of your appointment to confirm you’re still coming. if you do not contact me back at least 1 hour prior to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the amount for services.
Your deposit goes towards your remaining balance & can be paid with cash, cashapp, or applepay. Cancellation/ reschedule : rescheduled must be done 1-2 hours before. Appointments that are canceled must be done at least 5 hours before. If not, you will be fully charged for your appointment. No call no show without proper cancellation or rescheduling will result in you being charged full amount for service booked. You can only reschedule once, if you miss your second appointment you will be charged the full amount & your appointment will be cancelled. Clients will be allowed to book again. Late policy: you have a 15 minute grace period before your appointment is cancelled & your card is fully charged. Before purchasing a voucher, check availability. When booking your appointment through the website, make sure you read the policy!
