I truly enjoyed my hair experience with Alicia! I purchased a Groupon for a keratin treatment and it was a seamless process from beginning to end. Her booking system is easy to use and user-friendly. When none of the times listed worked for me, I reached out to her directly and she was not only very responsive, but flexible, and I was able to book an appointment at a time that worked with my schedule. The actual location of her salon is a bit tricky, but it's located behind the Hyatt and there is a parking structure next to a two-story building. The parking structure connects to the building and she's located on the 2nd floor inside Sola Salon. She was incredibly patient with me as I figured out my way to her (causing me to be 15 minutes late) and she still honored my appointment. It was easy to talk to Alicia and get to know her. She's got 15 years in the hair industry and I love how professional and welcoming her space is. I'm extremely grateful to have found her via Groupon and highly recommend her services!
